Debbie holds numerous coaching certifications, including a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach certification, Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and is also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She has a Masters degree in Counseling with an expertise in motivation and behavior change. With over 20 years experience in the health and wellness field, her approach is research based, solution-oriented, holistic, and always positive.
