These easy quick bites are perfect for an appetizer, but feel free to enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, or anytime. They are super easy to make and are a great way to enjoy the beautiful broccoli that is abundant at this time of year at local farmer's markets. I just had a nice head of locally grown organic broccoli and made a batch of these and I still had enough broccoli left over to have as a vegetable with another meal.
