Our FREE Wellness Book Club is about to begin!
The first book we will be reading is the NY Times bestseller, TINY HABITS by BJ Fogg.
Join us by reading one chapter at a time and meeting weekly for 30 minutes on Thursdays at 12:30 beginning 8/19/21. We will apply the principles in the book and discuss ideas and thoughts about our experiences.
Be prepared to learn life-changing positive ways to actually change behavior, easily and in small accessible ways. And it doesn't require motivation or willpower!!
BJ has been researching and applying these principles in his Behavior Design Lab at Stanford over the last 20 years. He has successfully coached many thousands of people change their behavior for the better.
All are welcome, but space is limited so that we can have good discussions so please sign up only if you can commit to attending most of the sessions.
