Just sharing my favorite morning wake-up drink. It is filled with cleansing, metabolic boosting, anti-inflammatory ingredients like lemon, ginger, turmeric and cayenne. I use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Yep, it's very 'puckering' but I only drink a few ounces before having my first meal of the day. Feel free though to indulge more than once a day if you'd like. Let me know if you make it and what you think!
