
As kids are returning to school and parents are returning to their place of work, I thought I'd share one of my very quick, yummy and satisfying recipes. These peanut butter energy balls store well and travel well so they are great for nourishment on the go. I eat them for breakfast and also take them for those times I may need a snack in between meals. Try to find a natural peanut butter that is on the gooey side. It is easier to blend. If your ingredients are too dry and aren't sticking together well, add some extra
peanut butter. If too wet, add some additional oatmeal. Enjoy!
